Kathleen is one of Portland’s top producing brokers. Formerly a commercial broker specializing in multifamily investment properties, Kathleen began her real estate career as a licensed broker in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia before moving to Portland in 1997.

In 2007 she founded O’Donnell Group Realty. In 2014 she opened her luxury office in Portland’s Pearl District. Working by referral, Kathleen and her brokers serve the greater Portland Metro area and specialize in luxury and relocation both nationally and internationally.

Kathleen and her business partner, Caitlin Michael Riley are also members of REALM-Global, a collective of the top 700 brokers throughout the United States and Europe and health helped many other clients find exceptional brokers and other markets.

In addition to holding a Principal Broker’s License, Kathleen is a Diamond Platinum Member and Past President of The Masters Circle (formerly The Million Dollar Club), the highest designation available, and a past Director of The Portland Metro Association of REALTORS®. She holds industry certifications as a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), an Earth Advantage S.T.A.R. Broker, and an E-PRO. Kathleen was also chosen by Portland Monthly as a Five Star Real Estate Agent from 2011 to 2024.
